Proclaims March 13-17, 2023, as AmeriCorps Week in Arkansas to recognize the service and dedication of AmeriCorps members.

Notes that nearly 200,000 Americans serve annually through AmeriCorps at nonprofits, schools, public agencies, and community and faith-based organizations.

Highlights that more than 2,500 AmeriCorps members serve at over 300 locations in Arkansas by tutoring youth, restoring the environment, increasing food security, and responding to disasters.

Documents that since AmeriCorps was founded in 1993, more than 11,000 Arkansas residents have served approximately 18 million hours and received over $36 million in higher education and loan reimbursement through the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to Ms. Shana Chaplin of EngageAR upon adoption.
