Ozark High School Hillbillies Cheerleading Team won the 2022 Class 3A-4A State Cheerleading Championship on December 17, 2022, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with a score of 96.2 against over 20 competing teams.

Team placed ninth at the national competition in the Game Day Non-tumbling Division II and won first place at the Southern Spirit Competition in Alma, Arkansas, and the Van Buren Cheer Competition.

Team is coached by Head Coach Amanda Rogers and assistant coach Jana McCain, with Maci Ellis named to the All-State Team and All-Star Team.

Team roster includes 26 members: Maci Ellis, Gillian Lachowsky, Lauren Hamby, Zoey Ferrari, Zoey Myers, Claire Clifton, Emily Skolarski, Serenity Julian, Kynley Simpson, Sophia Ford, Lexi Ellis, Serenity Tucker, Addi Peters, Dylan Quiale, Cadie Ross, Izzy Taff, Ashley Trotter, Sierra Valdez, Belle Wickizer, Jerrica White, Ashlyn Childers, Halo West, Maya Brickley, Kennedy Tedford, Ryleigh Battles, and Kadynce Williams.

Senate recognizes the team for their achievement and directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to Head Coach Rogers.
