Establishes maximum of 18 regular employees for Arkansas House of Representatives staff for fiscal year 2024-2025, including positions such as Chief of Staff (Grade SE04), Chief Counsel/Parliamentarian (Grade SE03), and various administrative roles.

Appropriates $2,286,852 from State Central Services Fund for House staff personal services and operating expenses, including $1,662,250 for regular salaries, $50,000 for extra help, and $449,602 for personal service matching.

Authorizes up to 7 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees and appropriates $50,000 for Institute of Legislative Procedure attendance and $150,000 for information technology operating expenses.

Establishes 13 Member Services employees and 13 Supplemental Staffing employees, with respective appropriations of $1,275,684 and $844,000 from State Central Services Fund.

Reappropriates up to $1,950,000 from Constitutional Officers Fund and $2,025,000 from State Central Services Fund for any remaining balances from prior fiscal year appropriations for continued House operations.
