Appropriates $4,108,899 from the State Central Services Fund for the Commissioner of State Lands' personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $3,011,056 for regular salaries, $40,000 for extra help, and $1,032,843 for personal services matching.

Establishes a maximum of 41 regular employees with specified salary ranges, from a Chief Deputy at $142,769 to a Customer Service Associate at $47,728, plus authorization for up to 5 temporary or part-time employees.

Appropriates $32,300,000 from cash funds for delinquent tax operations, including $1,500,000 for operating expenses, $2,000,000 for professional fees, and $27,500,000 for delinquent tax remittal and sale refunds.

Appropriates $267,800 for capital outlay and operating expenses and $250,000 for submerged lands projects, both payable from cash funds.
