Appropriates $26,392,710 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of Attorney General Operations for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $18,533,205 for regular salaries of 164 employees and $5,624,505 for personal services matching.

Establishes maximum of 164 regular employees for Operations division with salary ranges from $64,000 (Administrative Assistant II) to $200,000 (Solicitor General and Chief Deputy Attorney General), plus authorization for 10 temporary/part-time employees.

Appropriates $1,063,735 for Medicaid Fraud Division - State with 6 employees and $3,505,319 for Medicaid Fraud Division - Federal with 19 employees, funded from federal sources as designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer.

Appropriates $484,125 for Cooperative Disability Investigation Program, $25,000 for Internet Crimes Against Children, and combined $10,031,000 from cash settlement funds for various enforcement and restitution activities.

Grants the Attorney General authority to transfer appropriations between line items in Operations with approval from the Chief Fiscal Officer and prior review by the Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
