Establishes 197 maximum regular employees for Cossatot Community College for fiscal year 2024-2025, including administrative, academic, and support staff positions with specified salary ranges.

Appropriates $5,210,074 from state operations funds, including $3,398,500 for regular salaries, $905,000 for personal services matching, and $856,574 for operating expenses.

Appropriates $13,625,000 from cash funds for regular salaries ($4,550,000), extra help ($325,000), operating expenses ($4,425,000), capital improvements ($500,000), debt service ($700,000), and other operational costs.
