Establishes maximum of 220 regular employees for Ozarka College for fiscal year 2024-2025, including administrative, academic, and auxiliary positions with specified salary rates ranging from $37,650 to $201,684

Authorizes up to 100 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $4,610,527 from state operations funds for regular salaries ($3,500,000), extra help ($100,000), personal services matching ($1,000,000), and maintenance and general operations ($10,527)

Appropriates $15,501,000 from cash funds for regular salaries ($4,000,000), extra help ($300,000), personal services matching ($2,750,000), maintenance and general operations ($5,900,000), capital improvements ($1,500,000), debt service ($1,000,000), and promotional items ($50,000)

Effective July 1, 2024, with emergency clause declaring the act essential to agency operations and approved April 25, 2024
