Appropriates $7,685,624 to the Department of Energy and Environment Shared Services division for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2024-2025, including 66 maximum regular employees at various salary grades.

Appropriates $3,662,992 to the Division of Environmental Quality State Operations and authorizes 70 temporary/part-time extra help employees for specific programs including hazardous waste, petroleum storage tanks, and landfill post-closure management.

Appropriates $9,974,109 in federal funds for federal operations, $15,822,356 from the Division of Environmental Quality Fee Trust Fund for fee administration, and allocates additional funds for specialized programs including waste water licensing ($316,911), hazardous waste cleanup ($7,356,349), and mining reclamation ($1,520,000).

Appropriates $39,667,837 for energy office federal operations including $33,108,910 in LIHEAP grants and $5,561,541 for weatherization assistance, plus $5,000,000 for electric vehicle infrastructure grants.
