Establishes maximum of 26 regular employees for Department of Labor and Licensing - Shared Services with appropriation of $3,504,455 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Establishes maximum of 69 regular employees for Department of Labor and Licensing - Division of Labor with total appropriations of $2,464,102 for State Operations, $860,817 for Boiler Inspection, and $697,611 for Board of Electrical Examiners.

Appropriates $1,599,493 from federal funds for Division of Labor - Federal Programs and $248,000 total for Wage and Hour cash fund ($200,000) and Seminar and Conference Expenses ($48,000).

Authorizes Chief Fiscal Officer to create Shared Services paying accounts and direct fund transfers within the department's appropriations or between authorized department appropriation acts.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2024 under emergency clause declared necessary for agency operations.
