Establishes 596 maximum regular employees for the State Department for Social Security Administration Disability Determination for fiscal year 2024-2025, including 1 director, 26 medical specialists, 193 adjudicators, and 142 claims adjudicators

Authorizes up to 20 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates of pay not exceeding those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $76,713,413 in total federal funds for the department, including $39,864,149 for regular salaries, $14,112,079 for personal services matching, and $2,000,000 for overtime

Grants the department director authority to create up to 250 additional full-time positions beyond those authorized, subject to approval by the Office of Personnel Management and Arkansas Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee review

Takes effect July 1, 2024 and remains in effect through June 30, 2025, with emergency clause declaring immediate effectiveness essential to agency operations
