Authorizes 2,223 maximum regular employees for Operations and 18 for Trauma System, plus 229 temporary/part-time employees for Operations and 2 for Trauma System

Appropriates $1,950,000 from State Health Building and Local Grant Trust Fund for health building acquisition and grants to local health units

Includes separate appropriations of $60,000,000 for WIC food instruments, $60,000 for Emergency Medical Services, $325,000 for nuclear planning grants, $25,000 for interpreters for deaf and hearing impaired, and $350,000 for credentialing committee
