Reappropriates $6,055,720 for implementation of the residential housing plan at the Booneville Human Development Center, including demolition, construction, replacement, renovation, upgrade, and addition of facilities, effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $11,153,937 for continued implementation of master plans at each Human Development Center, including demolition, construction, replacement, upgrade, and addition of facilities, effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $6,000,000 for construction of new medical facilities at the five Human Development Centers in accordance with their master plans, effective July 1, 2024.

All funds are federal funds as designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer and must comply with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2024, citing the constitutional prohibition on appropriations exceeding one year and the essential need for agency operations.
