Greenwood High School Bulldogs football team won the 6A State Championship on December 1, 2023, defeating Little Rock Christian Academy 41-23 with a 13-0 record, marking their eleventh state championship appearance.

Greenwood High School Lady Bulldogs cross country team won their second consecutive state championship at Oaklawn in Hot Springs, their third overall championship under Coach Jim Andrews in his eleventh year.

Greenwood High School Lady Bulldogs basketball team won their third consecutive state championship with a victory over Vilonia High School, with Head Coach Clay Reeves leading all eight state championship appearances.

Greenwood High School Lady Bulldogs cheer team won the 5A Cheer State Championship under Head Coach Rachael Presson in her seventh year, the first state championship recognized by the Arkansas Activities Association in cheerleading.

Two Greenwood High School wrestlers won individual state championships: Senior Jarod Pace in the 132-pound division and Junior Jonathan Martinez in the 106-pound division.
