Recognizes and congratulates the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's golf team for winning the 2024 Southwestern Athletic Conference Golf Championship with a nine-stroke victory over Florida A&M University.

Team earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship and competed in the NCAA Regional in Norman, Oklahoma.

Head Coach Roger Totten received his fifth consecutive Coach of the Year award from SWAC coaches; freshman Jose Berenguel earned Low Medalist, Freshman of the Year, and All-SWAC First Team honors; sophomore Isamael Garcia won his second consecutive All-SWAC First Team award; and freshman Jules De Reu earned All-SWAC Second Team recognition.

Men's golf team maintains a 3.54 average GPA and previously won the 2023 Bridgestone HBCU Invitational.

House of Representatives directs the Chief Clerk to provide a copy of the resolution to Head Coach Roger Totten upon adoption.
