Appropriates $3,799,753 to Arkansas Public Defender Commission - State Operations for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $1,960,472 for regular salaries of 22 employees and $634,943 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $30,294,936 to Trial Public Defender Office for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $20,911,659 for regular salaries of 259 employees, $6,880,021 for personal services matching, and $770,000 for Public Defender Commission programs.

Appropriates $4,780,776 to Commission for Parent Counsel for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $535,172 for regular salaries of 7 employees and $3,630,231 for parent counsel reimbursements.

Appropriates $77,351 to Ombudsman Program for fiscal year 2024-2025 for one regular employee and personal services matching.

Authorizes up to 45 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees funded through cash appropriation of $1,000,000 and grants specified attorney classifications authority to be paid up to maximum salary grade with Office of Personnel Management approval.
