Establishes maximum of 880 regular employees for University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for fiscal year 2024-2025, with specific salary ranges by position and classification.

Appropriates $30,538,007 from State Operations funds for regular salaries ($19,642,939), extra help ($317,860), personal services matching ($5,114,760), and maintenance and general operations ($4,887,448).
