• Establishes 1,157 maximum regular employees and authorizes 347 temporary/part-time employees for the Department of Human Services - Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services for fiscal year 2024-2025

• Appropriates $129,211,138 for state operations including regular salaries ($54,931,388), extra help ($5,764,305), personal services matching ($23,798,102), and overtime ($5,712,006)

• Appropriates $58,867,600 for aging and adult services operations including nutrition programs ($25,490,328), senior citizen centers ($10,000,000), and project grants ($17,447,582)

• Appropriates additional funds for mental health grants ($50,477,554), alcohol and drug abuse prevention ($59,666,991), crisis intervention ($5,000,000), and veterans mental health programs ($5,000,000)

• Effective July 1, 2024, with emergency clause to ensure continuous operations and includes special provisions for physician allowances, Arkansas Health Center protections, and carry-forward authority for certain programs
