• Appropriates $10.378 billion for Medical Services grant payments including $8.356 billion for hospital and medical services, $585.6 million for prescription drugs, and $1.007 billion for private nursing home care for fiscal year 2024-2025

• Appropriates $12.482 million for Division of Medical Services operations including $6.166 million in regular salaries for 92 employees and $1.3 million for data processing services

• Establishes $4.5 million from the Long-Term Care Trust Fund for nursing home closure costs and $4 million for nursing home quality grants

• Requires Department of Human Services to prohibit use of appropriated funds for advertisement or promotion of Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace or Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me enrollment

• Amends Arkansas Code to require Medicaid program to redetermine eligibility for postpartum mothers within 8 weeks of birth and transition them to available Medicaid coverage categories
