Appropriates $6,056,265 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of the Governor's personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Establishes a maximum of 60 regular employees across 15 position classifications, including 1 Chief of Staff (Grade SE04), 2 Deputy Chiefs of Staff (Grade SE03), and various administrative and management positions.

Authorizes up to 7 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") payable from appropriated funds at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates an additional $500,000 from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund for the Governor's Emergency Proclamation purposes under Arkansas Code 19-2-404.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024, and includes an emergency clause authorizing immediate implementation to ensure continuity of governmental operations.
