Authorizes a maximum of 637 regular employees for the University of Arkansas at Monticello and its branch campuses (McGehee, Crossett, and Warren Center) for fiscal year 2024-2025, with specified salary ranges for each position.

Appropriates $15,379,769 in state funds for the Monticello campus for personal services and operating expenses, including $12,000,000 for regular salaries.

Appropriates $27,581,000 in cash funds for the Monticello campus, including $5,250,000 for regular salaries, $2,500,000 for capital improvements, and $7,800,000 for capital outlay.

Authorizes appropriations for branch campuses: McGehee ($2,472,079 state funds and $940,150 cash funds), Crossett ($1,843,472 state funds and $1,003,660 cash funds), and $824,748 for the Center for Forest Business.

Authorizes up to 790 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees for Monticello, 36 for McGehee, and 36 for Crossett, with effective date of July 1, 2024.
