Establishes 20 maximum regular employees for Auditor of State Operations with total regular salaries of $1,567,500 for fiscal year 2024-2025, plus authorization for 5 temporary/part-time employees.

Appropriates $2,918,950 from State Central Services Fund for Auditor of State Operations, including $1,567,500 in regular salaries, $626,000 in personal services matching, and $695,450 in maintenance and general operations expenses.

Establishes 10 maximum regular employees for Unclaimed Property Program with total regular salaries of $754,000 for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Appropriates $2,944,000 from State Central Services Fund for Unclaimed Property Program operations and $37,502,500 from cash funds for payment of unclaimed property claims ($35,002,500) and abandoned mineral proceeds ($2,500,000).

Authorizes Auditor of State to transfer appropriations between line items within Operations or within Unclaimed Property Program with approval from Chief Fiscal Officer and prior review by legislative committees; requires Internal Auditor to maintain Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant certification.
