Establishes maximum of 280 regular employees for the Auditor of State - Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys for fiscal year 2024-2025, including 9 Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II positions (Grade GS15) through 53 part-time Attorney positions (Grade GS09)

Appropriates $27,379,839 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services, including $20,501,247 for regular salaries, $6,833,192 for personal services matching, $40,600 for licensure expenses, and $4,800 for Special Deputy Expense Allowance

Authorizes up to 45 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") for the 2024-2025 fiscal year at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $1,000,000 from cash funds for extra help and associated matching costs for fiscal year 2024-2025

Effective July 1, 2024, with emergency clause to ensure immediate operation of the agency
