Establishes 44 regular employees for the Department of Education - Division of Career and Technical Education for fiscal year 2024-2025, including positions ranging from ACE Director (Grade SE01) to Administrative Specialist II (Grade GS03).

Appropriates $3,345,929 for Vocational & Technical Education including $1,981,218 in regular salaries, $728,940 in personal services matching, and $617,825 in operating expenses.

Appropriates $18,881,610 from federal funds for Federal Vocational & Technical Education, including $16,740,680 in vocational education grants and $1,066,755 in operating expenses.

Appropriates $1,119,433 for Coordinated Career Education Services, $23,240,092 for Vocational Center Aid, $4,740,000 for Vocational Start-Up Grants, $5,226,539 for Career Coaches Program, and $11,250 for Advanced Careers Program.

Authorizes funds appropriated for Coordinated Career Education Services, Vocational Center Aid, and Vocational Start-Up Grants to match available federal funds to maximize available money for these purposes.
