Establishes maximum of 6 regular employees for the Department of Energy and Environment - Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board for fiscal year 2024-2025, including 1 director (GS12), 3 inspectors (GS05), 1 fiscal specialist (GS04), and 1 administrative specialist (GS03)

Authorizes 1 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employee when needed, at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $629,571 from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $300,945 for regular salaries, $8,300 for extra help, $115,226 for personal services matching, and $205,100 for maintenance and general operations

Requires disbursement compliance with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws of the state

Takes effect July 1, 2024 with emergency clause to ensure immediate operation of the agency
