• Establishes maximum of 365 regular employees for Southeast Arkansas College for fiscal year 2024-2025, including administrative, academic, and support staff positions with specified salary rates

• Authorizes up to 200 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

• Appropriates $7,476,760 from the Southeast Arkansas College Fund for regular salaries ($5,746,603), extra help ($600,000), personal services matching ($1,100,000), and maintenance/general operations ($30,157)
