Reappropriates $37,500,000 from the Economic Development Incentive Fund for financial incentives to companies locating new facilities or expanding existing facilities in Arkansas, effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $110,000,000 total from the Skills Development Fund for the Arkansas Manufacturing and Robotics Center ($42,000,000), workforce development programs ($28,000,000), and comprehensive statewide workforce development programs ($40,000,000), effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $202,578 from the Minority and Women-Owned Business Loan Mobilization Revolving Fund to promote development of minority business enterprises in Arkansas, effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $16,471,594 from the Economic Development Incentive Quick Action Closing Fund for incentives to attract new business and economic development, effective July 1, 2024.

Reappropriates $4,905,715 total from the Development and Enhancement Fund for grants and loans supporting public works, job training, industrial parks, aerospace industry, port and waterway development, technology projects, and water and sewer system improvements, effective July 1, 2024.
