Establishes 12 regular employees for the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator for fiscal year 2024-2025, including positions such as Prosecutor Coordinator, Deputy Prosecutor Coordinator, Attorney Specialists, and administrative staff.

Appropriates $1,422,364 from the State Central Services Fund for regular salaries ($875,368), personal services matching ($292,152), operating expenses ($250,152), and conference and travel ($4,692).

Appropriates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutorial drug enforcement training programs.

Appropriates $88,881 from federal funds for refunds and reimbursements to eligible state and federal public defenders and deputy prosecuting attorneys for qualified student loan repayment.

Establishes 6 employees for the Paws for Justice program and appropriates $600,000 from the State Central Services Fund for regular salaries ($320,497), personal services matching ($110,020), operating expenses ($105,919), and conference and travel ($63,564).
