National Park College Nighthawks men's basketball team won the 2024 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship, defeating South Suburban College 84-79 on March 23, 2024, at the Mary Miller Center in Danville, Illinois

Team finished the season with a 31-1 record after receiving one of four at-large bids as the number five seed and defeating Johnson County Community College, North Central Missouri College, and Davidson-Davie Community College en route to the title

Coach Dillon Hargrove was named the 2023-2024 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Coach of the Year and led the team to its first national ranking and number one ranking in the nation

Sophomore center Taylor Harrell was named the tournament's Pin Ryan Most Valuable Player, scoring 50 points and 35 rebounds total, including 18 points and 15 rebounds in the semifinals and 22 points and 8 rebounds in the championship game

The Arkansas Senate recognizes the National Park College Nighthawks men's basketball team as NJCAA Division II Men's National Champions, with a copy of the resolution to be provided to Coach Dillon Hargrove
