Hosts of shooting sports events sponsored by Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation, or Arkansas 4-H Foundation are granted immunity from liability for participant injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of the activity

Landowners who permit free use of their property for registered team practice or participation in these organizations' programs also receive liability protection

Immunity does not apply when hosts: provide faulty equipment they knew or should have known was defective, fail to assess participant ability, neglect to warn of known dangerous conditions, act with willful or wanton disregard for safety, intentionally cause harm, or face products liability claims

Hosts must post warning signs with black letters at least 1 inch in height in clearly visible locations stating that hosts are not liable for injuries or deaths from inherent risks of shooting sports
