Repeals Act 728 of 2021, which made it a misdemeanor to enter or remain within 100 feet of a polling place entrance (except for those entering or leaving to vote)

Removes criminal penalties for volunteers bringing water or food to voters waiting in line

Allows family members to accompany elderly or disabled voters and children to join parents in voting lines without criminal liability

Maintains Arkansas's existing prohibition on electioneering within 100 feet of polling places, which remains separate from the repealed provision
