Requires health benefit plans in Arkansas to cover monoclonal antibodies for RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) immunization for infants under 8 months old, effective January 1, 2026

Coverage must follow FDA guidelines and cannot be subject to deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance limits

Applies to private insurance plans, Arkansas Medicaid, the Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me Program, and the State and Public School Life and Health Insurance Program

Excludes dental-only, vision-only, disability income, workers' compensation, accident-only, and long-term care plans from the coverage mandate

Directs the Insurance Commissioner, Department of Human Services Secretary, and State Board of Finance to promulgate implementing rules by January 1, 2026
