Appropriates $330,969,878 for Department of Health Operations for fiscal year 2025-2026, including $122,602,914 for regular salaries, $84,524,208 for operating expenses, and $30,000,000 for infectious disease control

Authorizes a maximum of 2,218 regular employees for Operations and 18 for the Trauma System, plus 222 and 2 temporary/part-time employees respectively

Allocates $26,215,247 for the Trauma System from the Public Health Fund, including $24,237,291 for trauma system expenses

Provides $60,000,000 for WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) food instruments and requires at least $4,755,000 be allocated to the Breast Care Program for cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and outreach

Authorizes up to $3,700,000 in carry-forward funds for emergency management system integration (trauma, stroke, myocardial infarction) and long-acting reversible contraceptives through local health units
