Appropriates $1,103,617 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and operating expenses of the State Board of Election Commissioners for fiscal year 2025-2026, including $603,967 for regular salaries and $100,000 for extra help

Authorizes a maximum of 9 regular employees and 20 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees for the agency

Appropriates $6,340,000 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for election expenses and $1,600,000 from the Nonpartisan Filing Fee Fund for nonpartisan general election costs

Allows unexpended election expense funds at the close of fiscal year 2025-2026 to carry forward to fiscal year 2026-2027, subject to written justification and reporting requirements

Permits the Director to request transfers from the Nonpartisan Filing Fee Fund to the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund if funds are insufficient to perform duties
