Appropriates $762,346 from the State Central Services Fund for Arkansas State Claims Commission operations, including $477,967 for regular salaries and $188,989 for personal services matching for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026

Authorizes a maximum of 10 employees for the Commission, including 1 director, 1 attorney specialist, 1 administrative analyst, 2 administrative specialists, and 5 claims commissioners

Appropriates $2,250,000 from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund for payment of claims to surviving spouses and dependent children of policemen, firemen, correctional officers, and other state employees killed in the line of duty, as well as small controversial and non-controversial claims

Appropriates $8,000 for expense reimbursements for the Firefighter Benefit Review Panel

Contains an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025; approved February 25, 2025
