Appropriates $1,500,250 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses of the Arkansas Governor's Mansion Commission for fiscal year 2025-2026

Authorizes a maximum of 10 regular employees including a Mansion Administrator, Chef, Horticulturalist, Events Manager, and maintenance staff, plus up to 4 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees

Allocates $654,450 for regular salaries, $235,000 for utilities, $201,830 for operating expenses, $112,846 for annual maintenance, and $60,000 for mansion allowance

Appropriates an additional $500,000 from cash funds for Grand Hall, Mansion, and grounds expenses

Requires the Chief Fiscal Officer to transfer any excess above $300,000 in the Governor's Mansion Cash Fund to the State Central Services Fund at the end of each fiscal year
