Appropriates $4,396,807 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses of the Commissioner of State Lands for fiscal year 2025-2026, including $3,249,660 for regular salaries covering 42 employees

Authorizes $32,300,000 from cash funds for distributing proceeds from tax delinquent land sales and redemptions, including $27,500,000 for delinquent tax remittals/sale refunds and $2,000,000 for professional fees

Allocates $267,800 for capital outlay and operating expenses, plus $250,000 for projects involving submerged lands

Permits up to 5 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Contains an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025; approved February 25, 2025
