Private schools participating in the Arkansas Children's Educational Freedom Account Program must comply with all reporting requirements under state education law and department rules that apply to public school districts and open-enrollment public charter schools

Participating private schools have 30 days after the public school deadline to submit required reports

Private schools that fail to comply with reporting requirements in a timely manner become ineligible to participate in the program

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-18-2507(a) by adding subdivision (14) to the existing eligibility requirements for participating private schools
