Appropriates $26,392,710 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of Attorney General's general operations, including $18,533,205 for regular salaries supporting a maximum of 164 employees and up to 10 temporary/part-time extra help positions

Funds the Medicaid Fraud Division with $1,069,182 in state funds (6 employees) and $3,506,929 in federal funds (19 employees), plus $498,461 for indirect costs

Allocates $486,725 in federal funds for the Cooperative Disability Investigation Program (3 employees) and $25,000 for Internet Crimes Against Children operations

Authorizes $10,000,000 from cash funds for consumer education, enforcement activities, grants, and court order payments from unrestricted settlement fees, plus $31,000 for settlement fees and restitution

Permits the Attorney General to transfer appropriations between line items within Operations with approval from the Chief Fiscal Officer and legislative review, and to transfer unobligated cash funds from court orders or settlements to the State Central Services Fund
