Raises the age limit for dependent child survivor annuity benefits under the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System from 18 to 22 years of age

Removes the previous requirement that children ages 18-22 must be continuously enrolled as full-time students in an accredited school to receive benefits

Eliminates provisions allowing temporary suspension and reinstatement of benefits for dependent children called to active military duty

Extends eligibility for dependent child annuities to surviving children of disability retirees, in addition to children of retirees who die after returning to work

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2025, to align with the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System's fiscal year
