Appropriates $365,029,592 for Inmate Care & Custody from the Division of Correction Fund Account, covering $192,640,115 in regular salaries for up to 4,509 employees, plus $15,050,000 for overtime and $69,737,850 for operating expenses

Allocates $34,800,000 from the County Jail Reimbursement Fund to reimburse counties housing state inmates

Authorizes additional program appropriations totaling approximately $66 million, including $22,728,979 for Inmate Welfare, $19,929,848 for Farm Operations, $12,357,940 for Prison Industry, and $8,025,860 for Work Release
