Amends Arkansas Code § 16-64-120 to limit recovery of damages for past medical care, treatment, or services to amounts actually paid by or on behalf of the plaintiff

Allows recovery for medical costs that remain unpaid but for which the plaintiff or a third party is legally responsible

Prevents plaintiffs from recovering the full "billed" amount for medical services if a lower amount was actually paid (e.g., through insurance negotiations)

Enacted as Act 28 of the 2025 Regular Session, approved February 11, 2025
