Amends Arkansas Code § 14-14-115 to create an exception to the prohibition on county officials holding multiple civil offices simultaneously

Allows a justice of the peace to serve as a city police officer or school resource officer (as defined in § 6-10-128) during their term of office

Requires that the police officer or school resource officer position be located outside the quorum court district the justice of the peace represents

Preserves existing exceptions allowing officials who held civil office before January 1, 2017, to be elected to county positions, and allowing officials to continue holding civil offices they held prior to their county appointment or election
