Appropriates $5,355,703 from the Cossatot Community College of the University of Arkansas Fund for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2025-2026, including $3,273,500 for regular salaries and $872,170 for operating expenses

Appropriates $13,941,250 from cash funds for the same fiscal year, covering $4,777,500 in regular salaries, $4,425,000 in operating expenses, $1,000,000 in capital outlay, and $700,000 in debt service

Authorizes a maximum of 204 regular employees across administrative, academic, IT, public safety, and auxiliary enterprise positions, with the Chancellor position capped at $208,138 annually

Permits up to 100 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at pay rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act
