Amends Arkansas Code § 16-22-501(a) to expand the unauthorized practice of law offense from requiring intent to obtain "a direct" economic benefit to requiring intent to obtain "any" economic benefit

Applies to activities including contracting to represent persons in personal injury or property damage cases, advising on claims and settlements, and entering contingent fee arrangements

Prohibits entering contracts that grant exclusive rights to select and retain legal counsel for individuals in legal proceedings

Prohibits telephone or in-person contact to solicit legal business
