Mandates insurance coverage for ambulance services ordering durable medical equipment or outpatient services without physician referral

Amends Arkansas Code § 23-79-2703(a)(1) to add this ordering authority to existing insurance coverage requirements for ambulance triage, transport, and treat-in-place services
