Healthcare insurers must provide coverage for healthcare services delivered in mobile units (premanufactured structures, trailers, or self-propelled units on wheels) when the service would otherwise be covered at another location

Cost-sharing requirements (deductibles, copayments, coinsurance) for services in mobile units cannot be higher than for the same services provided at traditional healthcare facilities

Applies to individual, blanket, and group health plans, as well as Arkansas Medicaid and the Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me Program

Mobile units must conform to Department of Health rules and be billed using the designated place-of-service code for mobile units

Excludes workers' compensation plans from the coverage mandate
