Allows Arkansas residents (or parents/guardians of minors) to request a blood type designation on their driver's license or identification card by submitting a signed form and paying the standard license fee

Duplicate or substitute licenses with blood type added before expiration are subject to existing fees under § 27-16-806

Office of Driver Services is authorized to determine placement of the blood type designation and promulgate administrative rules

Blood type disclosure is entirely voluntary; no person is required to provide blood type information or have it displayed on their license

Applicants bear exclusive responsibility for the accuracy of blood type information submitted and must request immediate correction if errors occur
