Expands Arkansas alcoholic beverage permits to allow excursion boats to sell and serve alcohol, in addition to the existing excursion train permits

Defines "excursion boat" as a boat available to the public through ticket sales, operating on a navigable body of water on a fixed schedule or route with specific beginning and ending points

Permit holders may sell alcoholic beverages (spirituous liquor, wine, malt liquor, hard cider) to ticketed passengers of legal age during legal operating hours or at chartered events

Annual permit fee is $200 for either an excursion train or excursion boat permit

Sales authorized only when the vessel is located in a territory that has approved the sale of alcoholic beverages; approved February 18, 2025
