Amends Arkansas Code § 16-93-214 to update references from "Parole Board" to "Post-Prison Transfer Board" and adds "post-release supervision" terminology throughout provisions governing the Safe Arkansas App mobile application for tracking inmates and parolees

Updates § 16-93-622 to clarify that the Post-Prison Transfer Board may discharge persons from parole or post-release supervision if they committed an offense as a minor, served at least 5 years without violation, and the prosecuting attorney consents

Ratifies Arkansas Code Revision Commission corrections including changing "seriousness grid" to "sentencing grid," deleting erroneous "no" before "more than," changing "Division of Correction" to "Department of Corrections," and changing "preliminary hearing" to "revocation hearing"

Repeals the definition of "public funds" in § 16-114-401(5) under the Protecting Minors from Medical Malpractice Act of 2023 because the term is not used in the subchapter

Clarifies that settlements with minors under the Arkansas Statutory Thresholds for Settlement Agreements Involving Minors Act must be made "by entering into a settlement agreement" with the minor's guardian to shield the settling party from liability
