Arkansas Ethics Commission must establish maximum campaign contribution limits based on a $2,000 base amount from January 1, 2015, adjusted at the beginning of each odd-numbered year according to federal inflation percentages

Contribution limit adjustments must occur within 30 days of federal certification or by the next regular Ethics Commission meeting, whichever is later

Adjusted limits must be rounded to the nearest $100 and published on the Ethics Commission website, with effectiveness retroactive to the federal certification date

Campaign contribution limit adjustments are explicitly exempted from the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act rulemaking requirements

Declared an emergency measure and approved March 12, 2025, taking immediate effect
